为推动本市超低能耗建筑快速、健康的发展,政府部门接连发布了一系列的政策及指导文件,本文结合当地超低能耗住宅项目的实际案例,对建筑外围护结构(屋面、外墙及外窗)的保温性能及热桥部位的处理进行了分析。

In order to promote the rapid and healthy development of ultra-low energy consumption buildings in Shanghai,the government departments have successively issued a series of policies and guiding documents.This paper analyzes the thermal insulation performance of building envelope(roof,exterior wall and exterior window)and the treatment of thermal bridge parts based on the actual cases of local ultra-low energy consumption residential projects.
