Overview of Effective Strategies for Construction Project Management and Construction Quality

我国城市化建筑的加快,工程规模扩大、项目增多,对建筑施工质量提出了高要求。建筑企业需要做好施工质量控制及管理工作,施工质量会影响到建筑后期投入使用。只有建筑工程项目质量有保障,才能为企业带来更好的经济效益,适应社会的迅速发展。本文首先对建筑工程管理中施工质量控制的意义加以明确;其次对建筑工程管理与施工质量控制中存在的问题进行深入分析;最后提出建筑工程管理及施工质量控制的有效策略。

The acceleration of urbanization construction in China,the expansion of project scale and the increase of project number have put forward high requirements for the quality of building construction.Construction enterprises need to perform well in construction quality control and management,and the construction quality will affect the subsequent use of the building.Only when the quality of construction projects is guaranteed,it bring better economic benefits to enterprises and adapt to the rapid development of society.This paper first clarifies the significance of construction quality control in construction project management;secondly analyzes the problems existing in construction project management and construction quality control;finally proposes effective strategies for construction project management and construction quality control.
