装配式房屋建筑工程造价的影响因素与控制措施研究

Research on Influencing Factors and Control Measures of Prefabricated House Construction Project Cost

随着国家提出建筑业高质量发展和绿色建筑的要求,装配式建筑在生产效率提高、质量有效保障、节约建筑材料、减小环境污染等方面的显著优势,越来越成为现代建筑业的发展方向,也符合现代化、城市化建设的要求。但建设成本相对较高,现代化工厂相对较少,制约了装配式建筑广泛推广。本文通过装配式房屋建筑工程建造经验,分析装配式房屋建筑工程对造价影响的主要因素,提出工程造价控制措施,确保合理有效的降低工程造价。

With the requirements of high-quality development and green building of construction industry put forward by the state,prefabricated buildings have significant advantages in improving production efficiency,effectively ensuring quality,saving building materials,and reducing environmental pollution,which has increasingly become the development direction of modern construction industry,and also meets the requirements of modernization and urbanization construction.However,the construction cost is relatively high and there are relatively few modern factories,which restricts the widespread promotion of prefabricated buildings.Through the construction experience of prefabricated house construction engineering,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the cost by prefabricated house construction engineering,and puts forward project cost control measures to ensure reasonable and effective reduction of project cost.
