目前我国经济水平和各行业的快速发展,装配式建筑施工技术已经非常广泛地运用于当前的建筑工程中,并且也已经成为建筑施工技术发展的重要方向之一。本文通过预制装配式建筑施工意义、装配式建筑施工技术的应用优势、建筑工程施工管理中运用装配式建筑施工技术存在的问题、预制装配建筑施工技术应用于建筑工程施工管理当中,对优化管理以及技术都有非常重要的价值。为我国的建筑工程施工的可持续健康发展奠定了坚实的基础。

At present,China’s economic level and various industries rapidly develop,prefabricated building construction technology has been widely used in the current construction projects,and has also become one of the important directions of building construction technology development.This paper analyzes the significance of prefabricated building construction,the application advantages of prefabricated building construction technology,the problems of using prefabricated building construction technology in building engineering construction management,and the application of prefabricated building construction technology in building engineering construction management,which has great value for optimizing management and technology.This paper has laid a solid foundation for the sustainable and healthy development of China’s building engineering construction.
