发动机可变进气歧管技术综述

摘要 发动机进气歧管影响充气效率及各气缸进气均匀性,进而影响发动机的性能。针对发动机可变进气歧管技术,主要介绍了进气系统中的谐振增压原理,进气歧管的材料及制造工艺,并对进气歧管的常见故障进行分析,重点回顾了可变进气歧管技术的发展历程及现状。研究发现,PA是目前制造塑料进气歧管的最佳材料;振动摩擦焊接技术是应用最广泛的塑料进气歧管制造技术;控制阀故障是进气歧管常见的故障。仿真模型极大促进了进气歧管结构参数的优化,使充气效率得到提高,发动机性能得到改善。智能优选技术的应用,使进气歧管结构优化效果更好,效率更高。可变进气歧管技术将朝着更优的综合性能飞速发展,为促进可变进气歧管技术的进步提供一定参考。 The engine intake manifold affects the engine performance by affecting the inflation efficiency and the intake uniformity of each cylinder.Aiming at the engine variable intake manifold technology,this paper mainly introduces the resonant supercharging mechanism,intake manifold materials and manufacturing process in the intake system.Meanwhile,the common faults of intake manifold are analyzed,and then the development history and current situation of variable intake manifold technology are reviewed.Finally,the development direction of variable intake manifold is prospected.The study found that PA is the best material for manufacturing plastic intake manifolds;vibration friction welding technology is the most widely used plastic intake manifold manufacturing technology;and control valve failure is a common failure of intake manifold.The simulation model greatly promotes the optimization of intake manifold structure parameters,and improves the inflation efficiency and engine performance.The application of intelligent optimization technology makes the intake manifold structure more effective and efficient.Variable intake manifold technology will develop rapidly towards better comprehensive performance,providing reference value for the progress of variable intake manifold technology.
