摘要
利用UG软件建立传动轮三维数模,关联导入ANSYS Workbench进行静力学分析,根据静力分析结果设定优化尺寸参数和目标参数。通过响应面分析,找出影响传动轮性能的敏感性尺寸参数,并对传动轮进行尺寸优化和拓扑优化。
UG software was used to establish the 3D model of the transmission wheel,import it into ANSYS Workbench for dynamic static analysis,and set the optimized size parameters and target parameters according to the static analysis results.Through the response surface analysis,the sensitivity size parameters affecting the transmission wheel performance are found,and the transmission wheel size optimization and topology are optimized.
