CO_(2)热泵冷藏机组的结霜实验研究

摘要 对CO_(2)热泵冷藏机组进行结霜实验研究,分析不同的压缩机转速以及电子膨胀阀开度对蒸发器结霜时间、压缩机吸排气压力及系统制冷量的影响,为后续机组运行时提供较优的运行参数。实验结果表明,在标准结霜工况下,压缩机转速越大或电子膨胀阀开度越小,则蒸发器完成结霜时间越短。在结霜过程中,压缩机吸排气压力与系统制冷量下降速率呈现“快-慢-快”的情况,与结霜的3个阶段相匹配。在实际运行时,要综合考虑机组制冷量以及结霜周期来选择最优的压缩机转速和电子膨胀阀开度。 The frosting experiment was carried out on the CO_(2) heat pump refrigeration unit,and the effect of different compressor speed and electronic expansion valve opening on the frosting time of the evaporator,the suction and discharge pressure of the compressor and the cooling capacity of the system was analyzed,so as to provide better operating parameters for subsequent unit operation.The experimental results show that under the standard frosting condition,the larger the compressor speed or the smaller the opening of the electronic expansion valve,the shorter the time for the evaporator to complete the frosting.During the frosting process,the compressor suction and discharge pressure and the cooling capacity drop rate of the system show a"fast-slow-fast"situation,which matches the three stages of frosting.In actual operation,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the cooling capacity of the unit and the frosting cycle to select the optimal compressor speed and electronic expansion valve opening.
