当前,以数字化、网络化、智能化为核心特点的新技术发展和信息产业革命,正在蓬勃崛起。智慧园区的建设发展已经步入全新的历史阶段,通过深入了解智慧园区建设与发展的新特征和趋势,运用5G、AI、云计算、新一代人工智能、物联网、AR/VR等新兴信息技术,形成全新5G智慧园区经营管理方案,建立统一的智能管理管控平台(IOC),建立园区经营管理的创新模型,催生园区发展新动力,形成园区竞争创新优势。
