空气提升系统气液夹带试验研究

摘要 本文通过测量供料槽内液体损失的方法测定了提升管规格为DN25和DN50的空气提升系统排气中的气液夹带量,以及提升管规格为DN50的真空辅助空气提升系统排气中的气液夹带量。空气提升系统排气中的气液夹带量包含了增湿夹带量和液滴夹带量两部分,总夹带量通过供料槽内液体损失的体积计算。根据自由沉降理论计算确定了气液分离罐的最小直径,并在气液分离罐直径为250 mm的条件下,研究了温度、提升气体流量、提升直径、气液分离罐的压力、不同结构气液分离罐对增湿夹带量和液滴夹带量的影响。 In this paper,the gas-liquid entrainment amount in the air lift exhaust of DN25 and DN50 lifting tubes and the gas-liquid entrainment amount in the vacuum assisted air lift exhaust of DN50 lifting tubes are measured by measuring the liquid loss in the feed tank.The gas-liquid entrainment amount in the exhaust of the air lifting system includes two parts:humidification entrainment amount and droplet entrainment amount.The total entrainment amount is calculated by the volume of liquid loss in the feeding tank.According to the theory of free sedimentation,the minimum diameter of the gas-liquid separation tank is determined.Under the condition that the diameter of the gas-liquid separation tank is 250 mm,the influences of temperature,lifting gas flow,lifting diameter,pressure of the gas-liquid separation tank and different structure of the gas-liquid separation tank on the humidification entrainment amount and the amount of droplets entrainment are studied.
