竹节参降糖作用及其机制的研究进展

摘要 目的:了解竹节参降糖作用及其机制研究进展,为竹节参的开发利用和开发高效、低毒、多靶点的抗糖尿病新药提供参考。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库、百度学术等有关竹节参的成分、降糖药理作用及其机制研究的文献,进行筛选归纳与总结。结果:竹节参降糖作用成分主要为竹节参皂苷。降糖作用机制主要包括:促进胰岛素的释放;增强胰岛素敏感性,改善糖尿病相关胰岛素抵抗;抑制a葡萄糖苷酶、胰脂肪酶活性,延迟饮食碳水化合物和脂肪的肠道吸收,改善糖脂代谢并减轻肥胖。结论:竹节参药理作用广泛,但文献对竹节参降糖作用的研究不够系统、深入和全面,且临床有效性评价较少,后续应更系统、深入、全面的进行竹节参体内、外降糖作用和临床有效性评价的研究。 Objective:To understand the Research Progress on the research progress on the hypoglycemic effect and mechanism of Panax japonicus,so as to provide references for the development and utilization of Panax japonicus and the development of high efficiency,low toxicity,multi-target new drugs against diabetes.Methods:The studies related to the hypoglycemic effect and mechanism of Panax japonicus in the CNKI,Wanfang VIP databases and Baidu Scholar were searched and summarized.Results:The hypoglycemic component of Panax japonicus is mainly Panax japonicus saponin.The hypoglycemic mechanism mainly includes:promoting the release of insulin;Enhance insulin sensitivity and improve diabetes related insulin resistance;inhibit the activities of a-glucosidase and pancreatic lipase,delay the intestinal absorption of dietary carbohydrates and fats,improve glucose and lipid metabolism and reduce obesity.Conclusion:The pharmacological effects of Panax japonicus are extensive,but the literature on the hypoglycemic effect of Panax japonicus is not systematic,in-depth and comprehensive,and the clinical effectiveness evaluation is lack.The follow-up research on the hypoglycemic effect in vivo and in vitro and clinical effectiveness evaluation of Panax japonicus should be more systematic,in-depth and comprehensive.
