摘要
经济全球化时代,对创新型、社会适应型人才的需求日益增加。仪器分析作为一门综合性和前沿性学科在创新型和实践型人才培养方面起着至关重要的作用。本文在仪器分析学科、学情和现状分析的基础上,探索了在翻转课堂教学模式下将前沿科研成果融入仪器分析实验的创新教学设计。以荧光法检测新冠病毒核酸实验为例对其进行阐述,使学生了解科学前沿,培养其学以致用和创新能力,引导学生具备家国情怀和良好的科学文化素养。
In the era of economic globalization,the demand for innovative and socially adaptable talents is increasing.As a comprehensive and frontier discipline,instrumental analysis plays a vital role in the cultivation of innovative and practical talents.Based on the analysis of instrument analysis discipline,learning situation and current teaching situation,this paper explores the innovative teaching design of integrating advanced scientific research achievements into instrument analysis experiments under the flipped classroom teaching mode.This paper takes the fluorescence detection of SARS-CoV-2 experiment as an example to elaborates it,expecting students to understand the frontiers of science,cultivate their ability to apply what they learn and innovative thinking,and guiding students to have national land emotion and good scientific and cultural literacy.
