摘要
设计了在聚氨酯预聚物中引入可以与异氰酸酯基反应的双官能团小分子药物得到聚氨酯高分子前药物的实验。该实验可以锻炼学生通过逐步聚合反应原理制备高分子材料的能力,熟悉逐步聚合反应的常规操作方法,认识聚合物分子量控制的方法,熟悉高分子材料常用的表征手段,掌握相关仪器设备的使用,得到粉末状聚合物。使学生加深了解科学前沿,提升科学素养。
An experiment was designed to introduce bifunctional small molecule drugs that can react with isocyanate groups into polyurethane prepolymers to obtain polyurethane polymeric prodrugs.This experiment can exercise students'ability to prepare polymer materials through the principle of stepwise polymerization,become familiar with the conventional operation methods of stepwise polymerization,understand the methods for controlling the molecular weight of polymers,become familiar with the commonly used characterization methods of polymer materials,master the use of relevant instruments and equipment,and obtain powdery polymers.To deepen students'understanding of the forefront of science and improve their scientific literacy.
