科教融合在化学创新实验中的实践——以烟草废料为原料提取烟碱为例

Practice of Science and Education Integration in Chemical Innovation Experimentan Example of“Extracting Nicotine from Tobacco Waste”

结合化工院校特色和制药工程专业特点,将科学研究实验过程与结果转化为创新实验教学内容,培养制药工程学生科学研究能力。本论文介绍一种采用酸提碱沉法从烟草废料中提取烟碱的创新性实验设计。该实验包括烟碱的提取、纯度检测以及表征等实验内容。实验方法简单,重复性较好,不仅能培养学生科学研究能力,对拓展学生的专业知识也有重要意义。通过实验操作,学生能更深入的了解烟碱的性质以及生物碱类物质的提取方法,能激发学生的科研兴趣,培养学生的实验创新技能和科学素养。

Combining the characteristics of chemical universities and the specialty of pharmaceutical engineering,and in order to convert scientific research experiments and achievements into innovative experiment.This research can improve student’s scientific research ability.This paper introduces an innovative experimental design of extracting nicotine from tobacco waste by acid extraction and alkali precipitation.The experiment includes the extraction,purity detection and characterization of nicotine.The experimental method is simple and repeatable.It can not only cultivate students'scientific research ability,but also expand students'professional knowledge.Through this experimental,the students can learn more about the nature of nicotine and the extraction methods of alkaloids.It also can stimulate them to explore the scientific interest,and improve their experimental innovation skills and scientific literacy.
