加油站二次油气回收系统应用现状及优化研究

Application Status and Optimization Research of Oil and Gas Recovery System in Gas Station

随着一系列法规的陆续出台,环保违法行为查处也越来越严厉,提升加油站的污染防治措施已迫在眉睫。加油站油气回收系统的应用是解决油气污染问题的关键。本研究以二次油气回收系统为重点,对473家油站油气回收设备展开实地调研。结合调研结果和市场上常见设备,通过对加油站油气回收系统的现场调研和实地测试,对现用的油气回收设备进行优缺点分析总结,并得出标准化的配置推荐方案。以提高设备匹配度和运行效率,保障加油站油气回收系统平稳运行。

As a series of laws and regulations have been issued,the investigation and punishment of environmental protection violations has become more and more severe,and it is urgent to improve the pollution prevention measures of gas stations.The application of oil and gas recovery system in gas stations is the key to solve the problem of oil and gas pollution.The oil and gas recovery system consists of primary oil and gas recovery,secondary recovery,tertiary oil and gas recovery and online monitoring system.This study focuses on the secondary oil and gas recovery system,and carries out field research on oil and gas recovery equipment in 473 oil stations.Based on the survey results and common equipment in the market,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing oil and gas recovery equipment are analyzed and summarized through the field survey and field test of the oil and gas recovery system in the gas station,and the standardized configuration recommendation scheme is obtained.To improve the equipment matching and operation efficiency,and ensure the smooth operation of the oil and gas recovery system of the gas station.
