天然柚子皮提取精油制备手工皂的研究

Preparation of Hand-made Soap with Essential Oil from Natural Pomelo Peel

本实验通过对天然柚子皮精油的提取,且采取天然植物油制作出一款天然安全、自然环保、滋润肌肤、抗氧化的天然柚皮精油手工皂。详细研究皂化温度、需水量与需碱量的比、柚皮精油提取液的添加量对手工皂的起泡能力和pH值的影响,再通过正交实验优化,最终得到最优的工艺制备条件为皂化温度值47℃、碱水比1∶2.6、柚子皮天然提取精油量1.25 mL,且对该手工皂进行各项理化指标测试且均符合国家标准。该款手工皂去污能力强,滋润护肤,泡沫丰富稳定,对皮肤刺激小,皂体端正,硬度适中,色泽均匀,同时具有稳定的香气。

In this experiment,natural pomelo peel essential oil was extracted and natural vegetable oil was used to make a natural,safe,natural,environmental protection,moisturizing skin,antioxidant natural pomelo peel essential oil manual soap.The effects of saponification temperature,the ratio of water and alkali demand,and the amount of essential oil extract from pomelo peel on the foaming ability and PH value of hand-made soap were studied in detail.Then,through orthogonal experiment optimization,the optimal preparation conditions were obtained as follows:saponification temperature 47℃,alkaline water ratio 1∶2.6,natural extraction of essential oil from pomelo peel 1.25 mL.The physical and chemical indexes of the handmade soap were tested and all were in line with national standards.This manual soap has strong decontamination ability,moisturizing skin care,rich and stable foam,little irritation to the skin,regular soap body,moderate hardness,uniform color,and stable aroma.
