摘要
调整催化重整原料及产品结构是当前炼油企业的重中之重,某催化重整装置通过对原料组分分析优,结果表明重整原料优化后,生产净利润可达3828.29万元/年;通过对原料分子分析优化,装置可根据市场需求调整原料组分,装置产氢率及芳烃产率提高、反应温度降低,达到了降本增效的效果。
The adjustment of raw material and product structure of catalytic reforming is the most important task for oil refining enterprises.The results show that the net profit can reach 38.2829 million yuan/year after the optimization of reforming raw materials.Through the analysis and optimization of raw material molecules,the device can adjust the raw material components according to the market demand,the hydrogen production rate and aromatics production rate of the device are increased,the reaction temperature is lowered,and the effect of cost reduction and efficiency increase is achieved.
