甲磺酸阿帕替尼应用于结直肠癌治疗中的研究进展

Research Progress of Apatinib Mesylate in Colorectal Cancer Treatment

结直肠癌(CRC)是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来发病率呈总体上升趋势,其早期临床症状不明显,85%的CRC患者发现已属晚期,需要通过手术及放化疗改善预后。甲磺酸阿帕替尼是化疗耐药的晚期CRC的理想选择,可有效提高临床疗效,减少副作用的发生的良好效果。因此本文甲磺酸阿帕替尼在结直肠癌治疗中的研究进展进行综述。

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the common malignant tumors,the incidence of which has shown an overall increasing trend in recent years.Its early clinical symptoms are not obvious,and 85%of CRC patients are found to be in advanced stage,requiring surgery and radiotherapy to improve the prognosis.Apatinib mesylate is an ideal choice for chemotherapy-resistant advanced CRC,which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the occurrence of side effects.Therefore,the research progress of apatinib mesylate in the treatment of colorectal cancer is reviewed in this paper.
