摘要
随着我国管道输煤技术的发展,煤浆管道已成为一种成熟高效的运煤方式。电厂用煤管道作为一个重要应用领域,具备广阔的利用前景。本文主要针对各类电厂的用煤煤质、用煤途径等因素,分析介绍了相适应的管输煤浆制浆系统的设计方案、对各方案与电厂用煤的匹配性给出了建议,并结合实际的工程实际案例进行说明,旨在为电厂用煤管道输送的设计提供参考。
With the development of coal transport technology of the pipeline,the coal slurry pipeline has become a mature and effective approach of transporting coal.As an important application field,coal slurry pipeline for power plant has broad utilization prospect.This paper mainly analyzes the coal quality and the using way of coal in various power plants,introduces the design scheme of the coal slurry pipeline system suitable for pipeline transport,and gives suggestions on the matching between each scheme and the coal used in power plants.Combined with practical engineering cases,it aims to provide reference for the design of coal slurry pipe transport in power plants.
