The whole process of the production of complex syrup includes mixing,filtration,pasteurization,homogenization,filling and so on.The blending system as the core device in the production process of compounding syrup is described in detail,and the corresponding integration and engineering design are carried out for the sub-modules including blending tank,valve array,CIP flushing,heat transfer and auxiliary additive.The special design,such as segmentation heat transfer,half pipe jacket and external cooling cycle,is calculated.Based on this,the appropriate half pipe jacket,heating or cooling medium and heat exchanger are selected.
