复配糖浆调配系统分段换热及工程设计

摘要 复配糖浆全过程的生产流程包括混配、过滤、巴氏杀菌、均质、灌装等工序。详细阐述了复配糖浆生产工艺中的核心部分调配系统,并对包括调配罐、阀阵、CIP冲洗、换热、助剂添加在内子模块,进行了相应的整合及工程设计。对调配系统中涉及的分段换热、半管夹套、外冷循环等特殊设计,进行了相应的计算,并以此为基础,选择合适的半管夹套、加热或冷却介质及换热器。 The whole process of the production of complex syrup includes mixing,filtration,pasteurization,homogenization,filling and so on.The blending system as the core device in the production process of compounding syrup is described in detail,and the corresponding integration and engineering design are carried out for the sub-modules including blending tank,valve array,CIP flushing,heat transfer and auxiliary additive.The special design,such as segmentation heat transfer,half pipe jacket and external cooling cycle,is calculated.Based on this,the appropriate half pipe jacket,heating or cooling medium and heat exchanger are selected.
