浅谈化工设备的腐蚀与防腐措施

Discussion on Corrosion and Anti-corrosion Measures of Chemical Equipment

在化工生产过程中,受到反应设备的结构、介质性能和条件等多种原因的作用,设备会发生腐蚀问题。设备的腐蚀对化工生产的质量和安全带来很大的危害,增加化工企业的成本,降低企业的效益,所以采取措施来做好设备的防腐蚀工作十分关键。化工设备发生腐蚀的原因大致分为化学、电化学和物理等3种腐蚀类型,化工设备的材料、介质性质、介质流速、温湿度、压力和应力等因素也是影响化学腐蚀的速率,因此要做好化工设备的防腐蚀工作,需要加强化工设备腐蚀机理和影响因素的研究,基于这些因素制定针对性的防腐蚀措施,从而达到良好的化工设备防腐蚀效果。基于此本文对化工设备产生腐蚀的机理、影响因素以及防腐蚀措施进行了探讨。

In the process of chemical production,due to the structure,medium performance and conditions of the reaction equipment,the equipment will corrode.The corrosion of equipment brings great harm to the quality and safety of chemical production,which increases the cost of chemical enterprises and reduces the benefits of enterprises,so it is very critical to take measures to do a good job of corrosion prevention of equipment.Chemical equipment corrosion causes are roughly divided into chemical,electrochemical and physical three corrosion types,chemical equipment,materials,medium properties,medium velocity,temperature and humidity,pressure and stress factors also affect the rate of chemical corrosion,so to do the corrosion prevention of chemical equipment,need to strengthen the chemical equipment corrosion mechanism and influencing factors,based on these factors to develop targeted corrosion measures,so as to achieve good effect of the chemical equipment corrosion.Based on this paper,the corrosion mechanism,influencing factors and corrosion prevention measures of chemical equipment are discussed.
