摘要
为贯彻国家“双碳”战略,城镇污水处理厂节能降碳是水务行业发展的必然趋势。为了引导城镇污水处理在能源方面的可持续发展,对城镇污水厂蕴含的化学能量和污泥厌氧消化能量回收做了初步的估算与比较,确定了污泥有机质含量和降解率是影响污泥厌氧消化能量回收的关键因素。分析了污水进水有机质、初沉池处理、资源能源回收新型工艺等对污水处理厂能量回收的影响,结果表明从源头增加污水有机质含量并在污水处理工艺中将有机质碳高比例转移至污泥系统中进而转化为甲烷是污水处理厂提高能量回收的关键途径。
In order to implement the national“double carbon”strategy,it is an inevitable trend for urban wastewater treatment plants to save energy and reduce carbon emission.To guide the sustainable development of urban wastewater treatment in energy,the chemical energy contained in urban wastewater plants and the recovery of energy through anaerobic digestion of sludge were preliminarily estimated and compared,and it was determined that the organic matter content and degradation rate of sludge were the key factors affecting the recovery of energy by anaerobic digestion of sludge.The effects of influent organic matter,primary sedimentation tank and new technology of resource and energy recovery on the energy recovery of wastewater treatment plant were analyzed.The results showed that increasing the organic matter content of wastewater from the source and transferring a high proportion of organic carbon to the sludge system in wastewater treatment process are the key ways to improve the energy recovery of wastewater treatment plant.
