我国椎间盘退变的生物学研究成就及展望 被引量:3

Achievements and prospects of biological research of intervertebral disc degeneration in China

摘要 椎间盘退变(IDD)是脊柱退行性疾病的关键病理基础,常引起腰痛、椎管狭窄,最终引起患者活动受限,行动能力丧失。阐明IDD的关键分子病理学机制并开发相应的生物治疗手段对IDD防治具有重要意义。近年来,国内科研工作者在国家系列课题的资助、支持下,在IDD的发病机制、干预措施、组织工程学修复策略等多方面取得了重大突破,为临床IDD防治提供新思路和新方法。本文结合课题组的研究方向,总结了近年来我国IDD生物学研究领域取得的系列发展成就,展望了未来需要重点关注的研究方向,为促进IDD生物学研究的发展提供有益的参考。 Intervertebral disc degeneration(IDD)represents the key pathological foundation of degenerative spinal diseases,which often results in low back pain,spinal stenosis and finally leads to mobility limitation and loss of movement in patients.It is of great significance to elucidate the key molecular pathological mechanism of IDD and develop the corresponding biological therapeutic approaches.In recent years,under the funding and support of a series of national projects,domestic researchers have made significant breakthroughs in the pathogenesis,intervention strategies,tissue engineering repair strategies,and other directions of IDD,providing new ideas and methods for clinical prevention and treatment of IDD.Combined with the research direction of the research group,this paper summarizes a series of achievements in the biological studies of IDD in China in recent years and looks forward to the future research directions that need to be focused on,so as to provide useful references for promoting the development of biological studies of IDD.
