高校国家安全教育探析--基于总体国家安全观视域

Exploring National Security Education in Colleges and Universities in the Context of a Holistic Approach to National Security

国家安全是国泰民安的根本保证,开展高校国家安全教育是维护国家安全的重要保障。总体国家安全观是科学的认识论和方法论,是新时代大学生维护国家安全的行动指南。总体国家安全观对高校国家安全教育工作提出了新要求,指明了新方向。高校国家安全教育目前在推进过程中仍存在一系列现实困境,亟需以总体国家安全观为指引,借助顶层设计,以加强学科建设为重点,在育人体系、队伍培养、平台搭建、机制保障等方面进行路径探索,实现高校国家安全教育向纵深发展。

National security is the fundamental guarantee for the national prosperity and people’s stable life and national security education in colleges and universities is an important way to maintain national security.A holistic view of national security is a scientific epistemology and methodology,which is the action guide for college students to maintain national security in the new era.A holistic view of national security has put forward new requirements and indicated new directions for national security education in colleges and universities.At present,there are still a series of practical dilemmas in the process of promoting national security education in colleges and universities.It is urgent to take a holistic view of national security as the guide,explore the paths in education system,team training,platform building and mechanism guarantee with the help of top-level design and the thread of strengthening discipline construction,and propel the national security education in colleges and universities to develop in depth.
