On the Practical Features of the CPC’s Party Diplomacy since Its19th National Congress

政党外交是国家外事活动的重要组成部分,中国共产党在百年奋斗历程中积累了宝贵的对外工作经验。尤其是进入新时代以来,政党外交工作更是取得历史性进展。基于对中联部发布的官方数据进行分析不难发现,中国共产党在政党外交的理念、形式、地域范围及交往对象上呈现出不同程度的创新。“人类命运共同体”理念为新型政党关系奠定了思想基础,全球新冠肺炎疫情大流行促使“云端外交”等新型外交形式不断涌现,政党外交的宽度和广度也得到极大增强。站在新的历史起点,面向未来的中国共产党政党外交仍就“大有可为、大有作为”。

Party diplomacy is an important part of the country’s foreign affairs activities,and the Communist Party of China has accumulated valuable experience in foreign work during its century-long struggle.Since the entry of the new era,the Party’s diplomatic work has witnessed historic progress in particular.Based on the analysis of the official data released by the Liaison Ministry of China,it is easy to find that the CPC has shown different degrees of innovation in the philosophy of party diplomacy,the forms of diplomacy,the geographical scope and objects of interaction.The concept of“community of a shared future for humanity”has laid an ideological foundation for the new type of political party relations,and the global pandemic of the novel coronavirus has led to the emergence of such new forms of diplomacy as“cloud diplomacy”,and the width and breadth of political party diplomacy have also been greatly enhanced.Standing at a new historical starting point,the Communist Party of China has much to do in its future-oriented party diplomacy.
