综合医院疫情防控平战结合改造及问题探讨

为进一步改进医院应对传染病疫情的能力,保证诊疗安全,上海市同济医院结合疫情防控“平战结合”的要求对医院发热门诊进行整体改造,使传染病诊疗区域自成体系且预留可拓展空间,预留应对疫情时的转换空间和条件,将互联网、智能物流传输系统等引入医院,有效扩充了发热门诊应对传染病疫情的能力。

In order to further improve the hospital's ability to cope with infectious diseases and ensure the safety of diagnosis and treatment, Tongji Hospital has reformed the hospital's fever clinic in combination with the requirements of "establishing a major epidemic prevention, control and treatment system adapted to both times of daily and times of crisis". It aims to make the diagnosis and treatment area of infectious diseases self-contained and able to reserve expandable space, so as to reserve conversion space and conditions when responding to the epidemic. The Internet and intelligent logistics transmission system was introduce into the hospital, effectively expanding the ability of fever clinic to cope with infectious diseases.
