口腔专科医院解决门诊分科较细的实践与探索 被引量:1

摘要 目的 临床分科较细的口腔专科医院易给患者就医带来不便,全预约使医院就医模式有了较大转变,探讨口腔门诊因分科细给患者就医带来不便的原因及策略,降低因该类问题给患者带来的不便。方法 实行非急诊分时段预约诊疗以后,回访发现分科细问题较为突出,采取干预措施并进行数据统计分析。结果 干预后该类问题的比例从1.3%降至0.47%,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 口腔专科分科细是当前各级口腔医院客观实际,实行全预约后分科细问题凸显,通过实施以问题为导向的门诊统筹管理,加强就医宣传引导、建立快速调配处置机制及加强信息化建设,可以减少该类问题带来的不满,提高患者就医满意度。 Objective Stomatological hospital with fine clinical divisions are easy to cause inconvenience for patients, and full appointment has greatly changed the mode of hospital medical treatment. This paper discusses the reasons for the inconvenience caused by fine clinical divisions to patients in dental clinics and strategies to reduce the inconvenience caused by such problems. Methods After the implementation of non-emergency scheduled diagnosis and treatment by time and following visit for patients, it was found that the problem of fine division was prominent. Intervention measures were taken and the data were statistically analyzed. Results After the intervention, the proportion of this kind of problems decreased from 1.3% to 0.47%, with statistical significance(p0.05). Conclusion The fine division of stomatological hospital is the objective reality of stomatological hospitals at all levels at present, and the problem of specialization is prominent after the implementation of full appointment. By implementing problem-oriented outpatient co-ordination management, strengthening medical publicity and guidance, establishing rapid deployment and disposal mechanism and strengthening information construction, the dissatisfaction caused by such problems can be reduced and the satisfaction of patients with medical treatment can be improved.
