摘要
近年来,社会对医疗资源需求持续增加,医院既有建筑改造成为新常态。本文从医院业主方管理视角,分析医院既有建筑改造的必然性。以某医院近年来改造项目为例,归纳出医院既有建筑改造的五大特点及项目管理过程四个难点。由此提出解决之策,即医院工程管理部门可通过完善管理架构及规章制度,引入全过程管理模式等一系列措施来保障项目实施。望本文为引玉之砖,引起更多实践者和研究者对医院建设项目管理的思考。
In recent years, the social demand for medical resources continues to increase, and the renovation of existing buildings in hospitals has become the new normal. From the perspective of hospital owner management, this paper analyzed the inevitability of the reconstruction of existing buildings in hospitals. Taking the renovation project of a hospital in recent years as an example, this paper summarized five characteristics of the renovation of existing buildings in the hospital and four difficulties in the project management process. Therefore, the solution is put forward, that is, the hospital engineering management department can ensure the implementation of the project by perfecting the management framework, rules and regulations, and introducing a series of measures such as the whole process management model. It is hoped that this article will attract more practitioners and researchers to think about hospital construction project management.
