“思想道德与法治”课程中法治部分教学的基本逻辑与方法应用

摘要 “思想道德与法治”第六章“学习法治思想提升法治素养”是对大学生进行法治教育的重要章节。深耕教材,可以将本章内容沿着“法律—法治—宪法—法治思维”的基本线索转化为四个专题,即“社会主义法律及其运行”“习近平法治思想的历史逻辑、理论逻辑与实践逻辑”“宪法并非‘闲法’”“法治思维及其养成”。教学中应该以“思政课的本质是讲道理”为根本原则,采用问题链教学法、案例教学法、讲授教学法、实践教学法等讲清楚以上四个专题。 The sixth chapter is an important part of legal education for college students in the course of Ideological Morality and The Rule of Law.To further the content of textbook,this chapter,along a basic clue of"Law--Rule of law--Constitution-Rule of law thinking",can be subdivided into four topics:1)Socialist law and its operation,2)the historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic of Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law,3)the Constitution and the Leisure Law,and 4)Rule of law thinking and its formation.The essence of ideological and political theory course is reasoning.The teaching methods adopted in this chapter include question chain method,case study,lecturing,practice method and so on.
