摘要
医废垃圾桶由于接触了大量的医疗垃圾,若是不彻底地清洗处理,很容易发生医源性感染,影响医院患者和医护人员的健康。为有效解决这一问题,文中设计基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制的医废垃圾桶全自动清洗处理系统。该系统框架有四层,分别为数据库层、物理设备层、作业层、控制层。由喷头、水路组件、输送导航、输送带、夹持头等组成硬件结构。通过自动导引运输车(AGV)抓取待清洗的医废垃圾桶并将其运送到清洗机进桶传送带上,利用清洗单元的喷头伸入桶内。在PLC控制下,通过强大水压以及84清洗液将桶内污渍清洗干净,利用夹爪将清洗好的垃圾桶右移至出口传送带,完成医废垃圾桶全自动清洗处理。实验结果表明,所设计系统应用下,3个医废垃圾桶的RLU去除率均达到了95%以上,证明了该系统的清洗处理效果好。
As the medical waste bin is exposed to a large amount of medical waste,if it is not thoroughly cleaned,it is very easy to get iatrogenic infection,which affects the health of hospital patients and medical staff.In order to effectively solve this problem,a fully automatic medical waste bin cleaning and disposal system controlled by PLC(programmable logic contioller)is designed.The system framework has four layers,namely database layer,physical device layer,operation layer and control layer.The hardware structure is composed of nozzle,waterway components,conveying navigation,conveyor belt,clamping head,etc.The medical waste bin to be cleaned is grabbed by AGV(automated guided vehicle)and transported onto the bucket feeding belt of the cleaning machine.And then the nozzles of the cleaning unit are stretched into the bin to clean the dirt in the bin by powerful water pressure and 84 cleaning liquid controlled by PLC,and the cleaned waste bin is moved onto the outlet conveyor belt by the clamping claws.The automatic cleaning of the medical waste bin is completed.The experimental results show that the designed system′s RLU value removal rates respectively for the three medical waste bins are all more than 95%,which prove that the cleaning treatment effect of the system is good.
