积极应对方式在急诊科医务人员心理安全感与抗逆力间的中介效应

Mediating effect of positive coping style between psychological security and resilience of medical team members in emergency assistance

目的探讨急诊科医务人员团队心理安全感、应对方式与抗逆力之间的相关关系,分析积极应对方式在两者之间的中介效应。方法采用一般资料调查表、团队心理安全感量表、抗逆力评价量表、简易应对方式问卷调查山东省济南市6家综合性三甲医院310名急诊科医务人员。结果急诊科医务人员团队心理安全感总得分为57.84±6.38分、积极应对方式得分为26.30±6.37分,个人抗逆力总得分为74.59±9.05分。急诊科医务人员的团队心理安全感、积极应对方式和个人抗逆力分别呈正相关(P<0.01);积极应对方式是团队心理安全感与个人抗逆力的中介变量,中介效应占总效应的比例为19.18%。结论积极应对方式在急诊科医务人员团队心理安全感与抗逆力间存在部分中介效应,采取积极的应对方式有助于提高急诊科医务人员的个人抗逆力水平。

Objective To explore the correlation among team psychological security,coping style and resilience of medical staff in emergency department,and analyze the mesomeric effect of positive coping style between them.Methods A survey was conducted on 310 emergency medical staff from 6 comprehensive tertiary hospitals in Jinan,Shandong province,using a general information questionnaire,team psychological security scale,resilience evaluation scale,and simplifi ed coping style questionnaire.Results The total psychological security score of the emergency medical staff team is 57.84±6.38,the positive coping style score is 26.30±6.37,and the total personal resilience score is 74.59±9.05.The team psychological security,positive coping styles,and individual resilience of emergency medical staff were positively correlated(P<0.01);Positive coping style is the mediating variable between team psychological security and individual resilience,and the mesomeric effect accounts for 19.18%of the total effect.Conclusion Positive coping style has a partial mesomeric effect between team psychological security and resilience of medical staff in emergency department.Taking positive coping style can help improve the personal resilience of medical staff in emergency department.
