基于CiteSpace的运动辅助疗法应用于腰椎间盘突出症患者的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of CiteSpace based motion assisted therapy for lumbar disc herniation patients

目的查阅运动辅助疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的相关文献,利用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件进行知识图谱及可视化分析,探索运动辅助疗法治疗LDH的发展现状及趋势。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库自建库至2022年4月3日收录的期刊文献,并对论文的作者、机构及关键词进行分析和研究。结果共纳入392篇文献分析,自2004年以后相关研究呈显著上升趋势,之后一直平稳发展至今。国家自然科学基金和国家科技支撑计划是该领域基金资助最多的项目;主要研究机构包括以南京中医药大学、上海上体伤骨科医院康复医学科、上海体育学院运动医学康复中心等;其中热点关键词有腰痛、慢性腰痛、运动疗法、功能锻炼等,形成13个聚类,椎间盘、综述、悬吊训练为近几年的突现词。结论运动辅助疗法治疗LDH的研究领域已经逐渐成熟,研究内容及方法趋于稳定,但是个别研究机构和作者联系较少,建议加强机构和作者之间的合作,更好地发挥运动辅助疗法对LDH的作用。

Objective To explore the current development status and trends of sports assisted therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)by reviewing relevant literature on the treatment of LDH with motion assisted therapy and using CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software for knowledge graph and visualization analysis.Methods Retrieve journal literature from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database since its establishment until April 3,2022,and analyze and study the authors,institutions,and keywords of the papers.Results A total of 392 literature analyses were included,and the relevant research has shown a significant upward trend since 2004,and has been steadily developing ever since.The National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Science and Technology Support Program are the most funded projects in this fi eld;the main research institutions include Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Rehabilitation Medicine Department of Shanghai Upper Body Trauma Orthopedic Hospital,and Sports Medicine Rehabilitation Center of Shanghai Institute of Physical Education;among them,hot keywords include low back pain,chronic low back pain,exercise therapy,functional exercise,etc.,forming 13 clusters.Intervertebral discs,reviews,and suspension training have become prominent words in recent years.Conclusion The research fi eld of motor assisted therapy for LDH has gradually matured,and the research content and methods have become stable.However,there are few research institutions and authors in contact.It is recommended to strengthen cooperation between institutions and authors to better play the role of motor assisted therapy in LDH.
