摘要
目的分析图文式健康教育联合风险量化评估干预在老年腹股沟疝无张力修补术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月医院普外科行腹股沟疝无张力修补术的老年患者113例为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分成对照组56例和观察组57例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予图文式健康教育+风险量化评估干预。比较两组康复情况、自我护理能力、生活质量、并发症发生率。结果观察组首次排气、首次下床、自行排便、住院天数、术后进食时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在自护技能、自我概念、健康知识水平、自护责任感这4个方面的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组精神健康、情感职能、生理职能、社会功能、生理功能、躯体疼痛、活力、总体健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论图文式健康教育联合风险量化评估干预在老年腹股沟疝无张力修补术患者中较常规护理干预效果更为突出,可加快康复,提高自护能力及生活质量,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the application effect of graphic health education combined with risk quantification assessment intervention in elderly patients undergoing tension-free inguinal hernia repair.Methods A total of 113 elderly patients who underwent tension-free inguinal hernia repair surgery in the general surgery department of the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group of 56 cases and an observation group of 57 cases based on the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received graphic health education and risk quantification assessment intervention on the basis of the control group to compare the rehabilitation status,self-care ability,quality of life,and incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The observation group had shorter first time exhaust,first time getting out of bed,self defecation,hospitalization days,and postoperative eating time compared to the control group(P<0.05).The self-care skills,self-concept,health knowledge level,and self-care responsibility scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The mental health,emotional function,physiological function,social function,physiological role,body pain,vitality and general health scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of graphic and textual health education and risk quantification assessment intervention has a more prominent effect than conventional nursing intervention in elderly patients undergoing tension-free inguinal hernia repair.It can accelerate recovery,improve self-care ability and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
