When the 20th century arrived,formerly secluded China was forced to open its door.Consequently,cultural and lite erary exchanges became vibrant,exposing a colorful literature world to the Chinese people as many big foreign names like Byron,Hugo,Tolstoy,and Turgenev were introduced into the country.
