A Design of test equipment for Verification of a Processor

随着芯片行业国产化的推进,越来越多的国产处理芯片投入市场,为避免处理器在使用过程中由于功能和性能验证不完全导致的设备故障,需要对处理器进行验证。文章从测试方案、硬件设计以及软件设计等方面重点介绍了某处理器验证装置中测试设备的设计。使用手动测试和自动测试相结合的方式,通过验证装置对处理器进行功能和性能的测试,验证芯片是否能够满足产品在生产及应用场景下的使用要求。

With the advancement of localization of chip industry,more and more domestic processor chips are put into the market,in order to avoid equipment failure caused by incomplete function and performance verification during the use of the processor,it is necessary to verify the processor.This paper mainly introduces the design of test equipment in a processor verification device from the aspects of test scheme,hardware design and software design.Using a combination of manual test and automatic test the function and performance of the processor through the verification device,and verify whether the product can meet the use requirements of the product in production and application scenarios.
