摘要
为探究基于环氧树脂型磁弹磨粒在双磁盘磁场中对刀具钝化的影响,以黏弹性的丙烯酸酯为基体,制备出一种具有导磁性及研磨功能的磁弹磨粒。通过电子显微镜观察环氧树脂型磁弹磨粒形状特征,并测试环氧树脂型磁弹磨粒的密度、硬度和粒度等物理参数,基于磁弹磨粒在双磁盘磁场中对刀具刃口钝化的机制,建立环氧树脂型磁弹磨粒对刀具刃口钝化的实验方案。实验发现,环氧树脂型磁弹磨粒对降低刀具前后刀面的钝化值以及提高刀具刃口表面的粗糙度值都有很明显效果。
In order to study the effect of magnetic elastic abrasive based on epoxy resin on tool passivation in dual-disk magnetic field,a magneto-elastic abrasive particle with magnetic permeability and abrasive function is prepared by using viscoelastic acrylate as matrix.The shape characteristics of epoxy resin magnetic elastic abrasive particles are observed by electron microscope,and the physical parameters such as density,hardness and particle size of epoxy resin magnetic elastic abrasive particles are tested.Based on the passivation mechanism of magnetic elastic grits on cutting edge in double-disk magnetic field,an experimental scheme of passivation on cutting edge by magnetic elastic grits of epoxy resin is established.It is found that the magnetic elastic abrasive of epoxy resin has obvious passivation effect on reducing the passivation value of the front and rear tool surfaces and improving the roughness value of the cutting edge surface.
