摘要
作为在航空航天等领域获得广泛应用的一种难加工材料,钛合金的高效切削一直是全球航空工业生产和科学研究的主要课题。对于飞机制造中钛合金大孔径锪窝,传统手工锪窝能力不足,无法实现;设备锪窝能力可满足需求,但其在圆弧型面上锪窝时定位过程复杂,难以满足锪窝效率;半自动制孔工具制孔能力强,精度高,稳定性好,可依靠工装实现孔径轴向定位。因此,本文从半自动锪窝可行性、窝深精度控制和窝径同轴度控制三方面制定技术方案,通过应用场景试验确定技术参数,并在产品上进行实际应用,实现了大孔径难加工材料的高效率和高质量的稳定锪窝。
Titanium alloy is widely used in aerospace and other fields as a difficult material,its efficient cutting has been the global aviation industry production and scientific research of the main topic.For titanium alloy large diameter countersink in aircraft manufacturing,the traditional hand countersink has insufficient capability and cannot be realized.The capacity of equipment countersink can meet the demand,but the positioning process of countersink on circular surface is complicated and the efficiency of countersink is difficult to meet.The semi-automatic hole making tool has the characteristics of strong hole making ability,high precision and good stability,and can realize the axial positioning of aperture by means of tooling.Therefore,this paper makes technical plan for semi-automatic countersink feasibility,precision control of sink depth and coaxiality control of sink diameter from three aspects,determines technical parameters by application scene test,and carries on practical application on products to realize high efficiency and high quality stability countersink of large aperture difficult to process materials.
