摘要
针对基于真实三坐标测量机的误差补偿实验较难研究最优补偿策略和补偿极限的问题,提出一种基于仿真三坐标测量机和误差模型的研究方法,通过两者结合的方法可以仿真出具有特定误差的三坐标测量机。以定位误差和垂直度误差为例,利用此方法针对以上问题进行深入研究并依据实验结果得出相关结论,验证了此方法的可行性和有效性,为后续多误差最优补偿策略研究奠定实验基础。
It is difficult to study the optimal compensation strategy and compensation limit questions by the real CMM.Therefore,this paper proposes a research method by using a virtual CMM and error models,and it can simulate a CMM with specific errors.With this method,the position errors and squareness errors as an example to conduct in-depth research on the above problems is taken,relevant conclusions based on the experimental results is drawn,the feasibility and effectiveness of this method is verified,a foundation for the advanced research on optimization for multiple errors is laid.
