摘要 食品安全标准是指为预防、控制和消除食品安全风险,保障人身、财产安全,对食品生产经营活动中涉及的危害健康的因素、条件和要求等,以法令、法规形式规定的统一标准。建立健全食品安全标准体系是保证食品安全的重要措施,是实施食品卫生监督的基础。本文在对我国食品安全标准体系建设现状进行分析研究的基础上,结合发达国家在食品安全标准体系建设方面的成功经验,对我国食品安全标准体系建设提出了相关对策。 Food safety standards refer to the unified standards stipulated in the form of laws and regulations for the factors,conditions and requirements of food production and marketing activities to prevent,control and eliminate food safety risks,and ensure the safety of human health and property.Establishing and perfecting the food safety standard system is an important measure to ensure food safety and the basis of implementing food hygiene supervision.Based on the basis of analysis and research on the current situation of the construction of food safety standard system in China,combined with the successful experience of developed countries in the construction of food safety standard system,this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures for the construction of food safety standard system in China.
