摘要
本文主要阐明了食品营养成分检测的基本内容与现实意义,指出了食品营养检测中常出现的检测技术落后、检测环境不稳定、检测设备落后、检测结果不准确、监管力度不够和宣传不到位等问题,提出了做好食品安全管理、提升营养成分检测准确性的改进措施。
This paper mainly clarifies the basic content and practical significance of food nutrition testing,points out the problems that often occur in food nutrition testing,such as backward testing technology,unstable testing environment,backward testing equipment,inaccurate testing results,insufficient supervision and inadequate publicity,and puts forward improvement measures to do a good job in food safety management and improve the accuracy of nutrition testing.
