消毒酒精的贮存条件和消毒效果研究

摘要 为了探究实验室配制的75%酒精在不同贮存温度下的消毒效果,本文将配制好的75%酒精分别贮存在6℃、25℃和35℃环境中30 d,观察对比3种贮存温度中酒精浓度的变化及其对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的消毒效果。结果表明,75%酒精在6℃、25℃和35℃环境中贮存30 d后浓度分别下降至74.5%、73.3%和71.2%,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌平均杀灭对数值均大于5.00,满足规定的消毒要求。因此,75%酒精在6℃、25℃和35℃环境中贮存30 d,其杀菌效果在可接受范围内。 In order to investigate the disinfection effect of 75%alcohol at different storage temperatures,the prepared 75%alcohol was stored at 6℃,25℃and 35℃for 30 days respectively,and the changes of alcohol concentration and the disinfection effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in three storage temperatures were detected.The results showed that the concentration of 75%alcohol decreased from 74.5%,73.3%and 71.2%respectively,and the average killing logarithms of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were more than 5.00.Therefore,when 75%alcohol is stored at 6℃,25℃,and 35℃for 30 days,its disinfection effect is acceptable.
