摘要 随着人们健康、营养和生态环保意识的不断提高,豆制品作为传统的优质蛋白食品备受人们青睐。传统豆制品行业在保持其传统特色的同时,也需要通过不断创新,提高产品质量和品种数量,适应现代人们的生活需求。本文对传统食用豆制品进行概述,对传统食用豆制品现状及质量问题进行分析,并提出相应的提升措施,以期为豆制品加工业的发展提供参考。 With the continuous improvement of people’s awareness of health,nutrition,and ecological protection,soy products,as traditional high-quality protein foods,are highly favored by people.While maintaining its traditional characteristics,the traditional soy product industry also needs to continuously innovate,improve product quality and variety quantity,and adapt to the daily needs of modern people.This article provides an overview of traditional edible soy products,analyzes the current status of their processing,and proposes corresponding improvement measures,in order to provide reference for the development of the soy product processing industry.
