With the continuous improvement of people’s awareness of health,nutrition,and ecological protection,soy products,as traditional high-quality protein foods,are highly favored by people.While maintaining its traditional characteristics,the traditional soy product industry also needs to continuously innovate,improve product quality and variety quantity,and adapt to the daily needs of modern people.This article provides an overview of traditional edible soy products,analyzes the current status of their processing,and proposes corresponding improvement measures,in order to provide reference for the development of the soy product processing industry.
