摘要
食品防腐剂作为一种常见添加剂,其在保证食品新鲜度、防止食物变质方面起到了十分重要的作用。但在实际应用过程中,某些不法商家为了获取高额利益,延长食品的保质期,超标添加和违规使用食品防腐剂,造成人们对于食品添加剂的恐慌。从剂量上来看,严格按照国家相关标准使用防腐剂不会对人体产生危害,而广大消费者最为关心的问题就是食品中防腐剂的用量是否符合相关标准,因此对食品防腐剂含量以及种类进行检测就显得尤为重要。
As a common additive,food preservatives play a very important role in ensuring food freshness and preventing food deterioration.However,in the actual application process,some illegal businesses in order to obtain high profits and extend the shelf life of food,there are problems of excessive addition and illegal use of food preservatives,which causes people to panic about food additives.From the perspective of dose,the use of preservatives in strict accordance with the relevant national standards will not cause harm to the human body,and the most concerned problem of the majority of consumers is whether the amount of preservatives in food meets the relevant standards,therefore,it is particularly imp.
