五苓散联合补阳还五汤治疗白内障黄斑水肿的效果

Effect of Wuling Powder combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on cataract macular edema

目的讨论五苓散联合补阳还五汤对白内障黄斑水肿的治疗效果及安全性,为临床制订相关治疗方案提供参考。方法选择聊城市茌平区人民医院2021年1月—2022年1月收治的白内障术后发生黄斑水肿的患者50例,依照随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组各25例。对照组给予临床常规西医治疗,干预组在对照组基础上给予五苓散联合补阳还五汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、生活质量评分、视力、黄斑中心亚区厚度及不良反应发生率。结果干预组治疗总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.153,P<0.05)。干预组的生活质量评分高于对照组,视力高于对照组,黄斑中心亚区厚度小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组并发症发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的32.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用五苓散联合补阳还五汤治疗青光眼黄斑水肿的效果明显,可有效改善视力、缓解黄斑水肿,促进患者日常生活质量的改善,安全性高,预后良好,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect and safety of Wuling Powder combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of cataract macular edema,and provide reference for the clinical formulation of relevant treatment plans.Methods A total of 50 patients with macular edema after cataract surgery admitted to Liaocheng Chiping District People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,while the intervention group was treated with Wuling Powder combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,quality of life score,visual acuity,thickness of central macular subarea and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the intervention group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.153,P<0.05).The quality of life score in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,the visual acuity was higher than that in the control group,and the thickness of the central subzone of the macula was smaller than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group was 8.00%,which was lower than 32.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of treating glaucoma macular edema with Wuling Powder combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction was obvious,which could effectively improve vision,alleviate macular edema,and promote the improvement of patients'quality of daily life,with high safety and good prognosis,which was worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
