优化急诊护理流程对胸痛患者抢救效果的影响

目的探讨优化急诊护理流程对急诊胸痛患者抢救效果的影响,为提高救治能力积累经验。方法将天津市东丽医院急诊科2020年2—12月收治的49例急诊胸痛患者纳入对照组,给予常规急诊护理;将2021年1—12月收治的49例急诊胸痛患者纳入观察组,给予优化急诊护理流程。对两组患者急诊救治时间、抢救成功率及不良事件发生率比较分析。结果观察组分诊评估、心电监测、急诊停留、急救及开始治疗时间均较对照组用时更短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者抢救成功率为97.96%,高于对照组的87.76%;观察组不良事件发生率为8.16%,低于对照组的24.49%;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化急诊护理流程可缩短急诊科急救时间,降低不良事件的发生率,对抢救成功率产生积极影响,值得在急诊科应用推广。

Objective To explore the influence of optimized emergency nursing process on the rescue effect of chest pain in emergency patients,in order to accumulate experience for improving rescue ability.Methods Forty-nine patients with chest pain admitted to the emergency department of Tianjin Dongli Hospital from February to December 2020 were included in the control group,and received routine emergency nursing;forty-nine patients with chest pain admitted to the hospital from January to December2021 were included in the observation group,and given optimized emergency nursing process.The time of emergency treatment,rescue success rate and incidence of adverse events were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The time spent in diagnosis and evaluation,ECG monitoring,emergency stay,first aid and start time of treatment in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The successful rescue rate of patients in the observation group was 97.96%,which was higher than 87.76%in the control group;the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 8.16%,which was lower than 24.49%in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimized emergency nursing process could further shorten the emergency time in the emergency department,reduce the probability of adverse events,which exerted positive influence on the success rate of rescue,and was worthy of promotion in emergency department.
