早期康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果

Application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的分析早期康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫护理中的应用效果,为患者提供有效的临床护理方法。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月天津市第三中心医院收治的88例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各44例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予早期康复护理。对两组患者生活质量评分、心理状态评分及护理满意率进行比较。结果干预前,两组患者QOL、ADL和FMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的QOL、ADL和FMA评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者HAMD和HAMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的HAMD和HAMA评分均较前改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.091,P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意率为95.45%,高于对照组的79.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理应用在脑卒中偏瘫患者中,不仅可以提高患者生活质量、肢体功能、日常生活活动能力,且有助于改善其消极心态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in stroke hemiplegia nursing,to provide effective clinical nursing methods for patients.Methods A total of 88 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to Tianjin Third Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing,and the scores of life quality and psychological state and the nursing satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in QOL,ADL and FMA scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after the intervention,the QOL,ADL and FMA scores of the two groups were improved compared with before intervention,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the HAMD and HAMA scores between the two groups before intervention(P<0.05);after the intervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than 79.55%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.091,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia could not only improve the quality of life,limb function and activities of daily living of patients,but also help to improve their negative attitude,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
