摘要
为研究烟道二次风的位置对中心流式垃圾焚烧炉气相燃烧的影响,利用数值模拟手段对4种不同风口高度的焚烧炉工况进行了对比分析。模拟结果显示:当烟道二次风风口的高度增加时,气相燃烧的过程有所延长,同时二次风对烟道内高温烟气的约束作用增强,炉内温度分布的对称性也有所改善;适当提高二次风入射位置可使第一烟道出口处的烟气温度上升,且有助于增强水冷壁的换热效果,但会使下游烟气的温度水平下降,需根据环保及炉内换热需要合理选择二次风的布置位置。
In order to study the effects of the position of the secondary air at the flue gas on the gas phase combustion in a central flow incinerator,four conditions with different height of secondary air outlets were compared and analyzed by numerical simulation.The results show that when the height of the secondary air at the flue gas pass is increased,the process of gas phase combustion will be prolonged,at the same time,the secondary air will make a stronger restriction on the high temperature flue gas,and the symmetry of temperature distribution in the furnace is also improved.Properly raising the position where the secondary air is injected can increase the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the first flue gas pass and enhance the heat transfer of water wall.However,the rise of the above position will reduce the temperature of downstream flue gas,so this position shall be reasonably determined according to the needs of environmental protection and the heat transfer in the furnace.
