多煤种混合燃烧特性试验研究

摘要 将多煤种进行混合燃烧试验,混合方式为煤矸石与风化煤、煤矸石与煤泥、煤泥与风化煤、风化煤和无烟煤,4种样品的混合质量比例均为100∶0、80∶20、60∶40、40∶60和0∶100。升温速率为20℃/min,空气气氛,流量为60 mL/min,终温为1 000℃。结果表明:将风化煤加入煤矸石和无烟煤中,可以改善煤矸石和无烟煤的着火性能,并影响煤矸石、无烟煤的燃烧过程,缩短燃烧时间,煤矸石和风化煤在燃烧过程中具有加和行为。而煤泥对煤矸石的燃烧性能影响较小,风化煤可以促进无烟煤有效点火燃烧,改善燃烧性能。在以无烟煤为主要燃料的发电厂,混配使用挥发分较高的煤种可以改善起火、稳定燃烧过程。 The mixed combustion experiments were carried out with coal gangue and weathered coal,coal gangue and slime,slime and weathered coal,weathered coal and anthracite,and the mixing ratios of the four samples were 100∶0,80∶20,60∶40,40∶60 and 0∶100.Heating rate is 20 ℃/min,air atmosphere,flow rate is 60 mL/min,final temperature is 1 000 ℃.According to the analysis of the experimental results,adding weathered coal to gangue and anthracite can improve the ignition performance of gangue and anthracite,and affect the combustion process of gangue and anthracite,shorten the combustion time,and the gangue and weathered coal have additive behavior in the combustion process.While slime has little effect on the combustion performance of coal gangue,weathered coal can promote the effective ignition and combustion of anthracite and improve the combustion performance.In power plants with anthracite as the main fuel,mixing coal with higher volatile content can improve the ignition and stabilized combustion process.
