摘要
论文标题的拟定对于论文的写作和发表具有举足轻重的作用,而已有研究对论文标题的文体特征探讨较少。通过对2010年到2020年的某语言教学权威期刊论文的复合标题分析,得出:相比单标题,复合标题使用频率更高,而且近五年呈逐年上升趋势;复合标题倾向于使用冒号连接,在长度上呈现“驻波”现象;复合标题语法结构复杂,涵盖了17类结构,其中偏正式的名词短语出现频次最高,呈现较强的名词化特征;除研究主题信息之外,复合标题同时也表达了其它的语义信息,从而更具吸引力。
How to design the title of a paper plays a decisive role for writing and publishing.However,there are not enough previous researches to cover stylistic features.An analysis of the compound titles from an authoritative journal of language teaching from 2010 to 2020 indicates the results as follows.Compared with single titles,compound titles are more frequently employed,which have been increasing since 2017.The structures between compound titles tend to be connected by colons.There is a“standing wave”in the length of compound titles.Compound titles are grammatically complex with seventeen types of grammatical structures.One-head noun phrases appear most frequently in compound titles with strong nominalization.Besides research topics,compound titles express other kinds of semantic information,fascinating to readers.
