基于产教融合的应用型人才培养模式的研究——以山西大同大学为例

Research on the Training Mode of Applied Talents Based on the Integration of Industry and Education

地方高校应用型人才培养模式的结构性矛盾日益凸显,难以适应经济转型、产业升级的需要。本文以产教融合为背景,以应用型人才培养模式为目标,深入分析了目前地方高校应用型人才培养模式存在问题,并提出相应的改革路径与实践推广。

The structural contradiction of the training mode of applied talents in local colleges and universities is becoming in-creasingly prominent,which is difficult to meet the needs of economic transformation and industrial upgrading.Taking the integra-tion of industry and education as the background and the training mode of applied talents as the goal,this paper deeply analyzes theproblems existing in the training mode of applied talents in local colleges and universities,and puts forward the corresponding re-form path and practical promotion.
