摘要
出版数字化转型,对于教育信息化的科学发展和有效落地至关重要。研究以山西省某大学国家级精品课程《计算方法》为例,通过平台数据和调查问卷分析,指出该课程的线上学习支持服务的优势与不足。为了进一步优化SPOC线上学习支持服务,从教学团队支持服务、管理支持服务、资源支持服务和评价支持服务方面,提出由单纯的数字化升级转变为构建知识服务体系的建议与策略。
Publishing digital transformation is crucial to the scientific development and effective implementation of educational informatization.The study takes the national high-quality course Calculation Methods of a university in Shanxi as an example,and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the online learning support service of this course through platform data and survey questionnaire analysis.In order to further optimize SPOC online learning support services,suggestions and strategies are proposed to transform from simple digital upgrading to building a knowledge service system in terms of teaching team support services,management support services,resource support services,and evaluation support services.
